  1. It's highly recommended and a MUST for the FC Barcelona management, coaching staff, people in FC Barcelona who are involved in the transfer-market to permanently sell, do not extend their contract, do not offer loan with buy back clause condition, recall or return players that came from another club that are currently on loan to play for FC Barcelona, including ageing (above 27 years old), inconsistent (limited playing time, unable to perform well), players that are not comfortable playing different position instead of their natural position, "ON OR BEFORE SUMMER OF JUNE 2027" including players who will turn 30 years old on that year namely Lewandowski (35), Alonso (33), Gundogan (33), Martinez (32), Romeu (32), Roberto (31), Ter Stegen (31), Cancelo (29), Lenglet (28), Christensen (27), Raphael Dias Belloli "Rapinha" (27), De Jong (26), Kounde (25), Felix (24), Garcia (23), Dest (23), Pedri (21), Balde (20), Riad (20), Valle (19).,

Araujo, Gavi, Lopez, Yamal, Roque would be the future captains until 2030. While Pedri loves to play in the future in the premiere league or under the coach Luis Enrique (Spain National Football Team, and Paris Saint Germain) possibility that he will leave FC Barcelona if no UEFA CL won on the next three years. Practical thing to do now by the management is to promote consistently FC Barcelona Academy players and sign cheap and quality wingers, strikers, defensive midfielders, left back, right back and rotational. Then pay for the debts for the meantime and acquire more assets on the next 3 to 5 years.

I don't see our beloved Club FC Barcelona winning the UEFA Champion's league for another 10 years. Knowing Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, FC Bayern Munchen, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, FC Sporting, SL Benfica, PSG, Porto FC respective roster are getting stronger each year.

Luis Enrique still has a contract in PSG for another year, he might honor it before joining FC Barcelona.

Xabi Alonso will not join our club that his contract in Bayer Leverkusen runs until 2026 and we all know he is a REALMADRID player.

Jose Mourinho does not like FC Barcelona, because the obsession of our club hating REAL MADRID.

Tomas Tuschel has a contract until 2025.

  2. People say the dumbest things what do you mean Barcelona style needs to be changed, needs to evolve!!??

Man City play a style Barcelona started over 15 years ago, this whole play from the back movement has been happening at Barcelona for decades, they play that way from as early as 5 years old.

Mordern football is Barcelona's identity Brighton, Man City, Arsenal whole play the Barca way.
Barcelona doesn't need to change it's style it's needs to sell those privileged, ungrateful, toxic players that rebel against the man who saw it all and did it all and if they ignore that they'll end up being another Man UTD or Ac Milan.

  3. At this point Leverkusen has better players and more money than Barcelona, and prolly Leverkusen pays more to his coach. If Xabi has a destination thats Liverpool or Bayern at rhis point. And by the way, his clause is only witj Liverpool Bayern and Madrid, Barcelona cant pay to get a coach

  4. Barcelone need a coach from "outside". It doesnt have to be a big name but someone who has a gut to say "I respect your club philosophy but I dont give fu*k about it. if you want to hire me, let me organize this team with my way"

  5. A. Xabi is RM through and through, so that's a non starter

    B. He'll likely have his pick of ; barca, ManU, BayernM, or LIV ….why would henchoose either of the 1st two which are basket case clubs with financial issues and / or rosters that need a major revamp? When he cal step into a good structure with a good core and youth + no onerous financial restrictions.
