They can do possibly, but they can't do that throughout the game because Chelsea controls the ball better than Liverpool this season. Don't be deceived by the league log, Chelsea and City are the 2 teams on top when it comes to possession this season, and so it makes sense for Chelsea vs. City to be an explosive game. My advice to Liverpool is to stick to their plan and attack City quickly in transition as they always do. But, if they think they can go toe to toe with City, then good luck to them because City could score 4-1 in the end.
