  1. "6 or 7 players who can serve him". Yet he was averaging 5-10 touches per game for a while before the world cup started, and even less actual chances to score 😅

  2. He has almost 1 pr game for Norway for crying out loud. If he wasnt taken off after 60 min and played in a team like real that attack more directly instead of holding the ball Im sure he could score 50 in the series. He scored 9 goals in the u20 world cup. Its not by chance that it was him that did this. He was almost top scorer in CL for redbull. How many strikers have played on domenating teams in the PL and never got close? And the tap inns is because this is how city plays. They kill the momentum more than other teams. People seem to forget it was his counter attack and speed and was his main weapon.

  3. 34 goals in 31 games.

Andy Cole and Alan Shearer 34 goals in 42 games.

Haaland only needs 1 more goal in 7 games to surpass the goal scoring record of a 42 game season that has stood for almost 3 decades in a 38 game season.

He's already 2 goals ahead of the all time record of goals in a 38 game season of 32 goals that was held by Mo Salah.

Mo Salah, Andy Cole and Alan Shearer had ALL played Premier League football for more than a season when hitting their records.

Haaland is 22 years old, never played Premier League football before and has surpassed the records of ALL the greatest goal scorers in Premier League history in his debut season at his first attempt.

Haaland won't even be coming into his prime for another 4 or 5 years and then he'll be in his prime for a further 4 or 5 years.

If he stays in the Premier League for that long, he'll blow every single record out of the water to such an extent that I doubt they will ever be beaten.

No human being in 3 decades has surpassed 34 goals that was set over a 42 game season. Nobody has ever hit 34 in a 38 game season.
If Haaland scores 35 + which is more than likely to happen then how long will it take for that to be surpassed?
Haaland may even extend that record over the coming seasons but nobody else is ever gonna get anywhere near it in my opinion.

  4. If he fails to score lots of goals then he is a flop. If he scores lots of goals then he is kinda ok. If he breaks the PL goalscoring record in his first ever PL season then it's because he is being spoonfed by Man City… Welcome Haaland to the elite club of Messi and Ronaldo, you shall get criticised for anything from now on.

  5. Haaland was born in Leeds, so could have opted to play for England, I say this as maybe we will never see him in the WC finals with Norway, but with him & Odegaard they've always a chance to qualify.
Him & Kane would be a fearsome front 2 that would bring England a trophy, like the last Euro's.

  6. Cr7 also had world class players give him assists his entire career, he played for an insane madrid with world class players etc… so if there is people who are saying frank is right about haaland getting these goals from his teammates then its the same for ronaldo, lewandowski, benzema and every other world class striker except maybe suarez who could literally do it all

  7. I want to say I respect Alvarez,He got a penalty with his position competitor without fighting over it,He gave the penalty to Haaland to score and still score a beautiful goal he was is a smart player 👌

  8. Can Frank's agenda be any more obvious? It's the same City side from last few years and Aguero/Jesus couldn't get these numbers. No striker in history of PL could do what haaland is doing irrespective of the great teams they played in

  9. For the first tome I totally agree with Frank .Haaland have fantastic players that can serve him the ball .no team like City do it better . .that's why O think Mbappe will site Madrid better than Haaland ….

  10. Nice touch. Was that Luis trying to make amends for doubting Haaland at the start of the season? The crow looked somewhat undercooked Luis.🤣 And I guess Frank hasn't noticed the recent assists that Erling gave to KDB and Silva. Especially the one to Bernardo where Erling was in a good position to shoot on goal. Fun fact, that puts him in second spot for assists behind KDB on the team. Now that he has achieved these records, I think we'll see him getting even more involved in the play. So long as the team keeps winning, he can try to further develop that aspect of his game.

  11. City is the benchmark for how to add depth and properly rotate. Alvarez played a crucial role in both goals. Winning the pen and scoring the 2nd.
Guardiola is a mastermind, with all the money they have they wouldn't have won all those titles (especially in the tight races vs Liverpool) without PEP

  12. Haaland seems to have improved some aspects of his game in recent weeks. His finishing is very good, but for me, the rest of his game is very ordinary. His numbers are impressive, but that's about it.

  13. Nah Frank is talking nonsense we have had players like Sterling and Jesus missing chances, this guy is no serious he hates city so much that he always finds something to say about city

  14. This guy Frank, always hating on City, you said yourself that you didn't see the game, maybe go watch the highlights and you'll see why the walker situation wasn't a penalty
