  1. Saudi Arabia plays very well indeed, but they lack experience, consistency and stability. They have the talent and the skills, but sometimes loose their grip over it, lose confidence or make stupid mistakes that are easily exploited. That might change in time and we could see a tournament winning team in the future.

Poland feels like it's more experienced, though when pressured strongly enough also gives in way before they should. Poland also lacks creative players and technical skills to engage opponents in the middle, to takle and especially to make consistent, fast and accurate passes, that would make good use of their talented strikers. They are aware of that, so their play recently is more concentrated on skipping the middle part and going for straight and long distance offense. It may not produce a great show for the spectator, but if done right can produce good results.

  2. Referee was so biased constant cards, for saudi actors. And that penalty for leg contact was a joke. He alse stopped 3 seperate chances for Poland to score. Even the staff members from the team said, the referee was stopping the game at every contact, and saudi's were constantly diving for no reason. Sad. Thankfully the better team won, but it should have been at least 4-0.

  3. My picks for final group stage round: Poland to draw Argentina and Mexico to beat Saudi Arabia. Poland win group and Argentina go through as well. Franck with his opinion about Poland-Saudi game, saying how Saudis outplayed the Polish, has lost a lot of credibility as a knowledgable football pundit

  4. Saudi Arabia were dominated by Argentina in 1st game but took their 2 chances and their 2nd goal in that match was one of the goals of the tournament for sure. However, Argentina dominated the ball and outshot the Saudis and should have won but got punished for wasting chances. In game against Poland Saudi Arabia had lots of shots and more of the ball but they couldn't finish their chances, while when Poland charged forward it was with purpose and the crossbar by Milik or post by Lewandowski were best chances number 3 and 4 in the game. So they didn't outplay Poland in that match. Moreno must be smoking something.

  5. Maybe I'm being buyest, but I think I watched a different game than those guys. How on earth Arabia was a better team? Poland had more clear chances and could have easily won 4-0 or 5-0. Arabia played good possession game, but where unconvincing in front of goal and far, far to fragile in their physicality.

And that penalty was a total fluke. xD

  6. LOL. A better team? 2 goals conceded 3rd if Lewandowski made a 100% opprtunity by dribbling into one on one, a crossbar by Milik and a post by Lewandowski. Expected goals a little bit in favour of Aabia thanks to a penalty kick which was unbelievable at this level (I am not sure but penalty kick is like 0.8-0.9 in terms of expected goals). Hey, what are u smoking there?

  7. I love the bias. Saudi were better than Poland? Except it's Poland that hit the post and the bar, and Lewy missed his 100% chance in the 90th min. It could have ended 5-0 for Poland so what are you on about LOL.

  8. Saudi Arabia has been moving to develop football for only three years by scholarships to young players to France and Spain and also developing the domestic league by bringing eight professional players from South America and Europe in one team. Wait for her for the next version

  9. ESPN FC- correct your graphic on screen. Argentina only has 3 points. They lost the 1st game to Saudi Arabia. If Argentina draws with Poland and Saudi Arabia beats Mexico, Argentina will be eliminated.

  10. Lewandowski and Messi are some of the legends that are playing their last World Cup.

Whereas C.Ronaldo is a pathetic loser who enjoys hitting little autistic boys playing his last World Cup.

  11. that graphic was wrong. Argentina has 3 points, not 4. I said it once and I'll say it again: focus more on getting your graphics right and less on putting silly emojis in video titles.

  12. The fact that this was Lewandowski's first World Cup goal is insane, considering that he is probably one of the greatest strikers of the 21st Century. Then again, Poland sucks, so…
