  1. Tuchel has created an environment no player wants to be in I mean look at the likes of players we were linked to they could have come if it was maybe lampard but tuchels arrogance, unforgiving and sadistic attitude in handling of issues has brought us problems

  2. These ESPN clowns are so frustrating… What is there not to understand for you so called pundits??? Tuchel was clear and tells it how it is… The team he inherited has always been weak and blotted with so many deadwwods just picking up huge salaries for nothing… It was a miracle to win so much with this lot but he needs to build a team to his image now not tomorrow. Todd Boely promised too many things that he ain't delivering on as things stand, which is frustrating for Tuchel. He sacked the whole board to make himself football director as well at such a crucial moment of year where Chelsea needed to be quick in negotiating new recruitment potential ?
Tuchel clearly states that the situation is the same as before so why do you expect anything different??? Liverpool and City were so dominant the past few seasons but yet are still making investments in improving the team but Chelsea is expecting to somehow do better with the same dross year in year out??? ?
Tuchel has every right to be frustrated as he's been let down so far by both the previous board and this current one at the rate things are going. There's only so much one can do. Barkley, Batshuayi, Pulisic, Ziyech, Werner, Sarr etc… are just not gonna win you the league sorry!!!

  3. Chelsea are so boring. I wish Christian Pulisic would find another club – perhaps a club that emphasizes line-up consistency and offensive cohesiveness so they can get the most out of their attacking core.

  4. Other than Spurs and Man City, every other team is fighting for 3rd including Chelsea who have to adjust that now they are no longer owned by the Russian Mafia, won't be attractive to players. They should try and emulate the Spurs model.

  5. The bias that these pundits show towards the owners is appalling if you ask me. The coach has every fight to moan about the state of affairs of the team as a lot of the problems he is facing are down to factors that are utterly out of his hands and have to do more with the board. He is no shape or form responsible for the exodus of players from the club. He is not to blame for Abramovich situation nor the absence of a sporting director who can be efficient in helping of the rebuilding of a depleted squade like that of Chelsea. At the end of the day, he is going to be the scapegoat once things start going downhill during the season. He lost one if the best defenders in the world in Rudigard and another good one in Christensen and it seams that the board are far cry from getting decent alternatives.

  6. Why can't we also reason it the other way. When is the right time for a coach to complain. Preseason or in-season. Answer me you pundits that sit on roller chair thinking it's easy to manage players who refused to upgrade themselves and make themselves adaptable to any formation.

  7. Yal dumb pundits just want an Ole type manager who would lose 4-0 against Liverpool or City and clap their players on like they had a majestic game or something. Tuchel told the honest truth, this is the type of manager I want, Conte is the same and that's why they hate him, always saying he throws he's toys when he doesn't get what he wants, if your players aren't good enough for the level you expect them to be at you cannot indulge them into thinking they are something they are not, you can train and coach someone but you can only do so much, the rest has to come from them so the fact that some of these players are not getting better to the level he expects them to be at in order to challenge City and Liverpool should not just be put on him, this is the season where Tuchel should start fighting hard to get his players and root out the ones that are not good enough. I still remember the 3rd season of Klopp's career at Liverpool when he was letting players go left right and centre cause he needed to. Sometimes you cannot indulge mediocrity any longer, he played the nice guy trying to motivate and improve some of those players and he's realised that he cannot indulge any of them any longer. If he really does have so much control then this would be the time to tell some hard truths.

  8. 100%, in fact, I'd argue that we are worse off. Havertz has flattered to deceive and has been living off the goodwill of the UCL winning goal. What exactly is it that he offers? Good finishing? No. Electrifying pace and the ability to beat his man? Not seeing that. An eye for the intricate defence splitting pass? I must have missed that. Couple this with guys like Werner (totally useless), Ziyech, Pulisic, Mount, who are less than consistent and chip in with a couple goals here and there, it looks like James and Chilwell might be our top scorers.

If something drastic is not done to address the problem areas and quick, It's gonna be a tough season ahead and I don't see us getting top 4 (We did our best last season to blow it but Arsenal and Manu just happened to be even worse than us each time, and I would not count on it again).

  9. The loss against Arsenal shook Chelsea. Yes, you can say it was a friendly, but the psychological damage is done. Never have I ever seen a manager react so strongly to a preseason loss. There is a definite problem.

  10. Well we didn't have Chilwell for a large part of the season last season. Now we have him back fit again, so immediately LB is stronger. Sterling is better than what we have. Koulibaly is better than Rudiger. I disagree we are no better. Ogden has no idea what he's on about. What's he on about, an outburst? He was calm during the whole interview. Ogden forgets during the uncertainty last season we won CWC, reached the quarters of the CL and were close to beating RM, and then got to two domestic finals and still made top four. If that's a bad season then I'll take it.
