  1. The Kamara ejection really turned the tide of the game in the Verde’s favor and down a man DC completely collapsed. There was a rocking atmosphere at home and not closing out the game up 2 goals is unacceptable.

  14. Austin FC committed some horrific defensive errors first half. The statue like defending gifted DC a 2 goal lead, the game should have been well out of sight by Half Time. Then Kamara gets himself stupidly sent off, and finally a massive GK blunder gifts a victory. Not in the least bit convinced by this Austin team.

  19. 5:11 FOUL! (two-handed push to the center of the small area)….that goal should have been disallowed for a foul on the DC United defender. :/

    7:03 Double error of the goalkeeper, beyond the clear error when trying to save the ball, his biggest mistake was not having gone out to cut that "floating" delivery, if he had gone out with all his strength to capture the ball or hit it with his fists, (even if it meant tearing away at his teammate and rival) He would not have conceded such a silly goal. :s

  23. I was at the game, the ref was TERRIBLE! also, why would Kamara even think of taking off his shirt? Absolutely horrendous performance by DC united.

  24. Kamara owes his team and apology and should be benched for the next match. I mean, sure, I think the "jersey off = automatic yellow" is a dumb rule, but it's a rule that is always enforced and everybody knows. which doesn't mean I'm ragging on people occasionally taking the yellow to honor someone, but it's probably not the right time to do that when there's 65+ minutes left in the match.

    AND when you're sitting on that yellow, maybe don't WWE clobber your opponent while fighting for a ball. he doesn't do that, this is probably a DC win.

  27. Pretty stupid of Ola Kamara do get himself sent off. First, why would take your shirt off to celebrate the first goal in the 26th minute? Now you have to be really disciplined for the remaining 64 minutes. Second why would you then pull someone down so blatantly while you're on a yellow card? The referee didn't even need VAR to send him off. All in the first half too. Cost his team the win and himself a Man of the Match too. Could have scored a hat-trick too.
