  1. after watching actually major (european) FOOTBALL leagues and champions league final recently you see clearly how bad american sports are: no real competition, no relegation, business over sportsmanship – awful sport performance and 0 progress over years. DMFs are pulling down to defenders and not keeping zone just in front of penalty box – goal, defenders not keeping their positions thus allowing numerous crosses and shots right in front of net with over 10 ppl in front of it, noone facing and pressing guy with a ball in front of penalty box on 80' while he arranges ball for 15 seconds – another goal…… it's a college level, players are simply not professionals

  2. After Week 14, MLS top 6 teams in my opinion are … LAFC, FC Dallas, LA Galaxy and Nashville SC in the West … NYCFC and Philadelphia Union in the East. Red Bulls, Atlanta United FC and Real Salt Lake are close behind them.

  3. Man, I really feel for Fire fans and players too. This club just can never get good ownership or a good front office. You really can't blame one manager or player because Chicago has been bad forever. So it's obviously ownership and the front office/GM. They have new ownership, a new GM, yet another head coach, they're back in downtown Chicago, they finally made at least one semi-big signing in Shaqiri. They're still terrible. Their owner needs to get real and spend some friggin' money. It's Chicago, not Pittsburgh, and you're at Soldier Field. I know this game was in Toronto, but the new Fire owner has to put butts in the seats because, right now, every game at Soldier Field is crickets. It's crazy, though. The Fire, when you look at who they have, are really not too bad on paper. They actually look pretty darn good on paper. But it just is not happening right now. They played well, and had some bad breaks. But you have to be able to win games on the road, and you can't blow leads.

  4. A big three points for TFC. Looking at the stats Chicago can feel a bit hard done by but that is the game. Also the penalty decision went against them due to a VAR official seeing a foul in the box we hen the referee had given a foul outside of it. It's not where the foot was, it's where the offence took place. No clear and obvious error for me.
    It's a funny old game!?
