3. I'm not a new yorker, but what about the Madison Square Garden?
   Couldn't it be possible to modify it a bit to make it able to host soccer games?
   Like installing a roof which can get opened and closed like the ATL one and increasing the size of the 'pitch' so that it matches soccer standards.
   I mean it's literally in the heart of NY and should be cheaper than building a brand new stadium from the scratch.

   But as I said, I'm no New Yorker…Just asking
