10. So many tactical fouls really ruin the game and they know how to distribute them. Each team can basically stop 10 attacks a game with little repercussion. There should be a more advanced punishment beyond just a yellow but before a red. I think there should be a black card, that acts like a yellow except you're off the field for like 3 minutes so the other team has an advantage like a hickey style power play.
