Toronto FC playmaker Sebastian Giovinco is among the smaller players in MLS, but his strength, quickness and sublime skills earned him the nickname «Atomic Ant» during his time with Juventus FC and Italy’s national team. Teammates Jozy Altidore and Michael Bradley call him «Seba» and laud his qualities.
MLS Insider Presented by adidas dives into the story lines behind Major League Soccer. Your favorite players. Your favorite teams. Unprecedented access.

Why did he leave again?
Grande Giovinco
good to see you again Gio ?
Welcome to Parma
Toronto messed up
Sad to see him leave.
One of the top scorers in MLS….if only he could do the same on the Italian national team with only 1 goal in his career….
Well he has proved that he is a winner
First of giovinco is not a world class star but this is benefiting the mls(even if he is getting paid that much) yeah this is a good start
The best player
You no what with signing like this I would love to play in this league amazing
Giovinco is simply great.
2017 this guy can play!
Italy national team head coach is stupid for not calling this game changer up.
ive never felt to proud to live in Ontario till gio got here , he bough them life back to Canadian/football / soccer we are so proud of you & your son is adorable :)<3
I'm really glad for Seba, as an Italian football lover and one of Seba's fans. His size did not affect himas some say in the comments below, but at Juventus you can definitely find a crazy competition between people capable of doing the same magic. In the Italian national team as well, since there are at least six players capable of the same free-kicks and tricks. Moreover, no offence, since we are all football lovers and passionated 🙂 in the video you can spot at least four goals Seba scores that he would have never scored in Europe, due to a very poor defencive skill from the opponents. They seemed afraidof staying too close to Seba and being dribbled, so they allowed an awful lot of space for him to shoot, or to change the striking foot from right to left. That would never happen against Juve, Chelsea or Real Madrid. They would have bitten his ankles off like angry pitbulls
jozy wow your English is getting better
giovinco fuck you man ????
He's a master piece
what a great player TFC got a good team but for some reason then can't compete vs teams like GALAXY
if juve hadn't sold him , imagine the attacking force , dybala , him , morata !! wow
Michael Bradley is so shit now it's sad
he's been really good with Toronto but I wonder what would've happened if he went to my team Vancouver instead as we r already a competitive team but don't have a good striker.
He was underestimated when he was with Juventus
Giovinco is the best for MLS but average in Europe
Ttc is still not gonna make it too the play off!!
Thank you so much for this, MLS, Giovinco has become one of my favorite players to watch since he came over and I really wanted to learn more about him.
I hope this proves that MLS is for real
And this is why the MLS will be the strongest league in the world in the nit so distant future.
giovinco is a world class player is an artist on the ball same as roberto baggio,He grew up with juve but juve never understood giovincos talent. They had too many good player same as real madrid or chelsea or bayern münchen so for the juventus trainer was giovinco more of a joker because he had already enough player to cope with.
Well, it was natural the decision to sell him and it was wise for giovinco to get out of there.
Giovinco will prove every naysayer wrong. After a short MLS stint, teams from Europe will be wanting to sign him. Which is bad for TFC fans.
FORZA SEBA!! Keep lighting up the MLS!!!
Great tecnique but to small for european soccer
Toronto have been pretty shrewd with their signings, Michael Bradley is gonna be able to be a part of the first team for a long time, as, injuries permitting, is Giovinco.
giovinco "gnominchio" sucks
MLS is like a italian "LEGA PRO" ahahah
Non voglio pensare quando Pirlo andrà negli States…
Giovinco is good but he's not world class. He was a bench player at Juve most of the time. Pirlo is world class, if he does end up joining NYCFC they're gonna be hard to stop – he's a real midfield maestro and better all-round player than Giovinco, but respect to both players.
It's nice to see the MLS attracting these big European players, I hope more will come so the league gets even better in time.
Is Giovinco going good in MLS?
