  1. Arsenal is lucking one or two players who can really drive these young lads positively.
We need a prolific striker in whom your assured of 2-3 goals per game because we have creators in form Saka, Smith Rowe, G. Martinelli en Odegard…
Secondly we need another partner who can reinforce party, who can runs around and box to box work.
Arsenal should look at Oyazball en Possibly look at Declan Rice….Renato Sanchez, Volavic is good but I would prefer Lautaro Martinez then Arsenal is gonna be a tittle challeneger…. Actually Arsenal can challenge for the tittle this season if we add more midfield power.

  2. Leeds and biesal are playing free flowing football. Just because their manager is called beer sir does not make them the brewery by the thames…..You've got to have some rocks as insurance at the table/back to be playing that football for a start….Hope they buy some defenders in January. Arsenal fan here.

  3. Second season is never easy for teams who recently got promoted. Look at Sheffield United, they crashed and burned or Huddlesfield Town, to be fair they were a terrible team only survived their first season because the teams below them were far worse than them. If it weren't for Bielsa then Leeds would still be a midtable club in the championship.

Leeds will be fine as long Bielsa is still in charge. Yes some of the players like Klich, James, Roberts and Dallas are not good enough for the Premier League but Bielsa gave them a belief to make it in the Premier League. Leeds won't be relegated because Newcastle, Norwich and Watford are worse than them.

  4. Good to listen to experienced and successful ex players such as Frank and Jan. They bring knowledge and insight to the analysis and discussion. As an Arsenal fan I am excited by our young team. I very much hope they can finish fourth but would settle for top six this season as an improvement on the last couple of seasons. Arteta is building an exciting team but as they are so young I expect some ups and downs on the challenging and difficult journey back towards the top of the Premier League and it will take a little time.

  5. Leeds' problem this season has been injuries which have exposed their lack of depth in key positions. They've lost 11/41 games with Kalvin Phillips and 11/14 without him. They also can't score goals, Raphina is the only one scoring while Bamford is out injured, Bamford is crucial to their attack not just in the goals or direct assists he provides, but how he holds the ball and opens things up for the wingers. What Lacazette was doing for Arsenal is what Bamford does for Leeds, Arsenal are a class above Leeds so they were likely always going to lose this game but Leeds having only won 3 games and scoring barely over 1 goal a game is down to them not having a plan B for Kalvin Phillips or Bamford

  6. Do remember that Arsenal for the first three games of the season had a load of players missing- there was no song and dance about that! I do empathise with Leeds just as I did with Arsenal at the time.
