  1. As a goalie who has played for years, i have to honestly ask, what is the Cincy GK doing exactly on the 1st and 3rd goals? Ive certainly had moments where all i could do was watch the ball fly into the side netting/top corner, but it almost seems like he is playing flat footed. His reaction on the 3rd goal is more understandable than the first, as it was at very close range, but it seemed like he wasn’t ready at all for this game. I’ve seen him play well before too, so I’d assume this was just an “off day.” I’ve had days in goal where I don’t feel nearly as sharp as I did in a previous match, so i may be able to see where he is coming from.

  2. That trio of Sapong – Mukhtar – Leal are absolutely LETHAL! Throw Ake Loba into that mix and Jhonder Cadiz off the bench… Nashville suddenly looks incredibly dangerous on offense!

  3. Man, I grew up between NVa and Pall Mall Tennessee, always loved soccer, played in Va for 14 yrs, but never thought Tennessee would support a pro team. Cant tell ya'll how jacked I am seeing this! Def gonna hit a game next time im home.

  4. I am French and having seen a lot of European football when I watch football / SOCCER I see a very high level of quality of games (personally) the Americans have nothing to envy of European football I find! but, we sometimes feel it's true a little lack of technique on actions but it's tiny I want to show respect to US soccer bravo.
clearly the big difference between US and EUROPEAN soccer the goals is much more in soccer (and so much the better) and the much more family atmosphere.
last chosen in the MLS I love it, but then I love the players who strike from afar that reminds me of the football of the years 80/90 in Europe at the time of the great OM of Jean Pierre Papi and these famous "papinade"
on the other hand it is problematic for me the matches in france are at 3 am compared to usa what a bad luck to live in france jajajaja

  5. Nashville is doing what Miami couldn't as an expansion team. Ever since Nashville made it to the MLS, we see nothing but pure class matches. Definitely a contender for the Shield!

  6. we were there! it was a blast to watch them play! i have to confess I started yelling at #14 of Cinci for playing dirty and grabbing Nashville players by the arms and trying to tackle them… the reffs weren't stepping in, so all the fans did yelling at it, and he ended up stoping lol
