You seem to assume the amount he brings into the club is 100% profit – that is total nonsense. The amount in is a revenue figure – profit of that revenue will be no where near 100% as you seem to think it is. It's a daft as thinking the sales (revenue) from football shirts are 100% profit. You still have to make the shirts, cover distribution costs. If you're selling in your store – you will have rent to pay and the staff working will require salaries. Its as simple as this. Revenue is not profit. poor journalism.
