  1. For those talking about attendance at FC Dallas matches, it's worth noting that the primary route to the stadium is on a toll road, which many people don't want to take. Other routes to the stadium can tend to be slow since there aren't a lot of main roads in that part of the metroplex

  2. every time i watch FC Dallas and Houston games their stadiums are always empty
i don't know if i have bad luck when picking which games to watch
but to me it looks like the citizens don't support their clubs

will adding a 3rd team in Texas make people see the league through a different perspective and start enjoying going to the games?

    time will tell

  3. I’m a fan of Dallas sports but FC Dallas is just pathetic. It might’ve been 40° and misting, but it was raining at the Galaxy game last night. The Galaxy stadium is also 22 minutes away from downtown LA, yet it was packed. The problem with FC Dallas is the club do an awful job of marketing itself. Atlanta has every major sport bar hockey, but still sell out MBS basically every week.

  4. MLS haters always complain about attendance. Check out Cruz Azul vs Necaxa and it looks even emptier than this game. And that is because soccer in Mexico is the #1 sport in that country compared to soccer in the US which is the #5 sport.

  5. The stadium to see so empty is sad.
40 degrees, that is cold, yes.
But add to this, it's a shame in general because that stadium is so far away outside the city. I really can understand the people in Dallas. It feels more like a nearby away tour^^

  6. I can't stand some of these commentators that have to fill every split second with commentary. You don't need to describe every fucking movement & touch of a player the second it happens.

  7. Dallas is not a soccer city, the team should be moved to a city that is going to appreciate its existence. Instead of talking about adding more teams to an already crowded MLS why not scrap the teams in cities with abysmal attendance and shift them to cities that actually want a football team?

  8. 3:12 WHY is the AR moving towards the halfway line in that moment when there is clearly a Dallas defender on the goal line. She has to move TOWARD the goal line to remain in line with the 2nd last Dallas player, in this case, the goalkeeper….. This movement results in her not being able to keep up with the ball and forces her into running back towards the goal. Poor movement from the assistant ref there.
